Generator Factory Acceptance Testing
All of our generator sets are rigorously tested (FAT) according to ISO-8528 with industrial load banks up to 4MW and integrated protection systems
Testing Process
Visual inspection of the package unit (engine, alternator, control, etc.)
Complete loading and full-load testing at 25% - 50% - 75% - 100% - 110% with all generator readings recorded over a defined period according to standards and customer requirements.
Sudden load block test to ensure generator normal load acceptance within defined limits of voltage drop, frequency drop, and recovery time.
